  • The minimum letting period is generally one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter letting periods are by special arrangement only. The letting prices are per week and per lodging. Where an initial deposit is paid, the balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of the booking. If the booking is taken within 8 weeks of commencement then full payment will be required at time of booking. Accepted payment methods: paypal, bank transfer or bank draft.
  • Cancellation
    You or any member of your party may cancel your booking at any time. A full refund will be given if cancellation is received 8 weeks prior to the booking date, however no refund will be made if cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of the booking. We strongly recommend that you take out personal travel insurance to cover you for cancellations/loss or theft of your personal property.
  • Arrivals and Departures
    Check-in is at 16.00 hrs. and check-out is at 10.00 hrs. On arrival you will be met by our representative who will go through an inventory of the property, take receipt of a security deposit, familiarize you with appliances and hand over keys.
