This great family rental is situated in a residential sector. It is very comfortable and practical, quiet and protected. The condo is ideally located as a home base from which to visit the beautiful Cote d'Azur including Cannes, Monaco, St. Tropez, and so many other great places. The climate offers comfortable temperatures in all seasons, particularly in the spring and autumn. Main balcony (SW ,40'x12'),Superb view of Baie des Anges from Cap d'Antibe to Cap Ferrat. 2d balcony(NE,12'x4') views the mountains. More than 20 art museums are easily accessible. We also made available a list of great restaurants in the area. This nicely furnished, luxury sixth-floor condo features a superb view of the sea to the south, and the mountains to the north. Special features include marble floors, a modern kitchen and bathrooms, cable TV with US channels, a stereo, two phones and Internet access. There is protected parking at the foot of Building C where the condo is located.Garage is available.

Quiet Residential area, distant from the tumultuous Promenade des Anglais, along the beach but still only 10' to walk down to the beach. All shops and Supermarket at walking distance, protected parking and bus at the gate. Great terraces and gorgeous view. House-keeper available.

You need to bring your laptop to connect to High-speed Internet . An extra 25 E may be required. My friends Harry and Monique Gotthelf are French and American. They are our closest neighbours, the next balcony on the right. They are very helpful but....they hate cigar- smoke.

Obviously, there is an elevator to the 5th(6th) floor. It is not wheel-chair accessible, at least for now. The condo is within walking distance of the beach (ten minutes), Nice-center (20 minutes), and the supermarket and shops. It is located in a residential district (Fabron-Magnan) with a bus stop at the gate.

The 40x 6 feet terrasse is open to S-W, overlooking the Baie des Anges from Cap d'Antibe to Cap Ferrat. The 12X4 ft terrasse is open to N-E overlooking the Alps. It is located on the 6th floor of Bldg C with a magnificent view and is very quiet. The parking is protected by a gate and Maximum security. All shops and supermarket are at a walking distance.
