Villefranche-sur-Mer apartment Rental Property Information

This two-bedroom/two-bath apartment is on the waterfront in the old town of Villefranche, a town that dates back to the 14th century. The ancient Rue Obscure is behind the apartment. This large apartment offers 1,350 square feet of living space, and features a balcony on the front and side. It has been recently restored to the highest possible standard and everything is new. The kitchen is Provencal style, the bathrooms are clad in pink Portuguese marble, and the floors are oak. However, the best feature of the apartment is the astonishing sea views from the front windows. The old town is a very convenient place to live as everything is within a one-minute walk -- the bakery, deli, a small supermarket, newsagents, and, of course, restaurants. Since the road outside is a cul-de-sac, there is no traffic noise, and the area is surprisingly quiet. Villefranche is on the Golden Triangle of the most sought-after area of Cote d'Azur

Villefranche is situated between Monaco (Monte Carlo) and Nice ... This is considered the best part of the Cote d'Azur. The villa is also a 3 minute drive to Cap Ferrat or Beaulieu. The station is a 3 minute walk from the villa and the train travels all along the coast to Italy or back to San Tropez. Nice international airport is 8 Miles away. The beach is 300 yards away.

The train is a five-minute walk away, and one can travel to Monte Carlo (15 minutes away) or St. Tropez in the other direction. Nice city is a seven-minute train ride. There are many beaches nearby.
