Beautifully placed up the hill from Nice on the road to Villefrance and above the port. Local shops, restaurants and beach within a 5 min walk from the front door. A stones throw to the bus stop with routes to Villefranche, (5min) Monaco (15 min), St Jean Cap Ferrat, (10 min), also returning to Nice, (3 min). A short walk down to the beautiful Coco beach or lounge by the spacious swimming pool. Large supermarket just 5 minute walk away and many beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity. Directions from airport by bus From the airport take the bus to Nice Ville number 95. This bus leaves every 20 mins. Once at Nice Ville take the Bus to Monaco/Menton (101) or to St Jean Cap Ferrat (65) and get out at Aignan, 7 mins. . These buses run every 20 min.The entire journey w ill take about 45-60 min.

Directions from airport by car From the airport take the scenic route by the beach down the lovely promenade Des Angles in the direction of Nice and stay on this road, With the sea on your right and sights like the famous Negresco hotel, the waterfalls by the castle and the thousands of faces out for a leisurely stroll along the promenade. Keep driving and you follow the road around Nice port a Mecca of beautiful mega yachts, restaurants and bars. As you keep straight you follow the road out the port to the direction of Villefranche. Stay on this road for a kilometer passing a BP garage on the right; through 2 sets of lights and as you pass the ABC school on the right residence Baccarat is found approximately 100m on the right. It's written ' Le Baccarat' on the building. Number 75.
