There are French windows out onto the balcony and a further large window which also gives you the same wonderful views. There is a marble-topped dining table and 4 chairs on the balcony for taking al-fresco meals outside whilst enjoying the view. A recent visitor said that sitting there was like having your own private terrace on board a luxury ocean liner. For the ultimate relaxation there are 2 sun-loungers, so you can read that book you’ve been promising yourself, or simply recline in the sunshine. There is a full-width electronically-controlled sun-blind on the front facing the Mediterranean, to give you shade should you prefer that, and there are also electronically-controlled shutters to keep the whole apartment cooler on very hot days. As this Nice apartment opens on 2 sides of the building you also have ‘through-air’ - again this is important on very hot days and nights. It is furnished throughout with many important collectors’ pieces in the 1930’s Art Deco style.
