Juan-les-Pins apartment Rental Property Information

The apartment (66 m2 with a 17m2 terrace) is in a 6 hectare private park with many trees and beautiful gardens, a large swimming pool, a separate children's swimming pool, and 2 tennis courts. The apartment is on the 5th floor with lift access. It is only a 7-10 minutes walk to the sandy beaches and the shops, cafes & restaurants, night clubs and casino in the town centre of Juan les Pins. A 20-30 minutes walk will bring you to the old town of Antibes, which along with its many shops, cafes and restaurants, has a large open-air market near the yacht marina at Port Vauban. There is also a nice walk around Cap d’Antibes to Antibes town. There are good train connections from the local station in Juan les Pins which is within 10 minutes walk from the apartment. From Juan les Pins it is only a short drive to either Cannes (8km) or Nice (20 km), and other towns are close by such as Biot, Vallauris, St. Paul du Vence, Villefranche, Grasse, and the tech-park at Sophia-Antipolis.

    50% non-refundable deposit required in advance to confirm booking, and balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit (800 euros) to cover possible breakages, etc is also required to be paid before arrival.

    A lower rate is able to be negotiated for extended stays during the low season - please contact us to discuss this opportunity.
  • Additional linen and cleaning in the extra week(s) can be arranged for an additional charge of 20 euros per person for new sheets & towels per change, and an additional 60 euros for cleaning each time. A 24 hour pick-up service from Nice airport can also be arranged on request for an additional charge of 80 euros.
