  • For stays longer than one week, the above weekly rate is reduced by 200EUR for each additional week.
    50% non-refundable deposit required in advance to confirm booking, and balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit (800 euros) to cover possible breakages, etc is also required to be paid before arrival.

  • Additional linen and cleaning in the extra week(s) can be arranged for an additional charge of 20 euros per person for new sheets & towels per change, and an additional 60 euros for cleaning each time. A 24 hour pick-up service from Nice airport can also be arranged on request for an additional charge of 60 euros.

Local beaches & things to do Nice sandy beaches nearby. The private beaches have reclining chairs, and provide towels, full food and beverage services, and a range of hire activities such as sailing, paddle boats, windsurfing, and fishing. The public beach is well maintained with showers and restroom facilities. There are many opportunities for exploring the hinterland: the old fortified village of Biot famous for its glassblowers, Cannes and the Isles of Lérins whose State prison once held the mysterious Man in the Iron Mask, Valbonne and its 15th century square, Vallauris Golfe-Juan and its ceramics, Tourrettes-sur-Loup capital of violets, Grasse and its perfumeries, Saint-Paul with the famous Maeght Foundation, Gourdon perched high over the French Riviera.
