Renting LA CHAUMIERE & LA GRANGE together (i.e. LA HELLEGUY) provides accommodation in two LUXURIOUS spacious detached thatched Breton cottages. Larger groups, families & friends sharing are able to holiday together in maximum comfort. Cottages have exposed oak beams, earthenware tiled floors, luxurious lounges - 1 with high pitched ceiling, 1 with patio doors leading to terrace, granite feature fireplaces & wood burning stoves. Fully equipped modern kitchens (with washing facilities), dining rooms. A total of 7 spacious bedrooms (3 king, 2 with en-suites & 4 twins), sleep 15 comfortably + 2 cots; 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets. WIFI internet access in each cottage. Situated in the old orchard, amidst mature trees & landscaped gardens, the 12.2m x 6.1m HEATED SWIMMING POOL is for the exclusive use of guests staying at Le Helleguy. A retractable TELESCOPIC SHELTER covers the pool providing sheltered swimming if the weather is inclement (available end of MARCH to mid NOVEMBER).

Welcome Pack Prepared for your arrival in the cottage is a Welcome Pack containing a generous selection of Breton food provisions and cleaning essentials to minimise the materials you need to bring with you. This includes: French Bread, Croissants, Biscuits, Chocolate, Butter, Milk, Bacon, Eggs, Ham, Cheese, Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Olive Oil, Bottles of Wine & Water, fruit Juice, T-towels, Dishcloth, Washing up liquid, Bleach, Disinfectant and Toilet rolls & general cleaning materials. An Information Folder has also been prepared for you, containing useful information on local attractions, beaches, places of interest, historical & military sites, etc. Also included is essential information on use of facilities within the cottages, emergency contact numbers etc. We have an extensive library of DVDs and Videos (over 500 titles) which are available for your enjoyment, free of charge, during your holiday.

Other Services Available Discounts on Ferry crossings: Once you have made a booking with us, we are able to give you access to discounts on Brittany Ferries, P&O Ferries, Condor, Stenna Line, Eurotunnel and SeaFrance. Please contact us for further information. Departure Cleaning Service: Cleaning materials and equipment are provided in the cottage for your use during your stay. However, in preparation for your departure, if you prefer not to clean through the cottage yourselves, we offer a post departure cleaning service for £35. This option is available on the Booking Form. A weekly maid service is available upon request - paid locally @ 10 euros per hour Access to approved bilingual 'Property Searcher' who can liaise with you direct, to determine your requirements prior toyour visit.
