  • RATES - For stays less than 1 week, the daily rate will apply. For stays of 1 week and over, the weekly rate will apply and additional nights will be charged at a proportion of the weekly rate on a pro-rata basis.

    PARKING & TRANSPORT - Driving a car in London is not recommended as this is a very big, busy city. Parking in London is also difficult and there is limited parking locally. Most visitors will not require a car as there are many public transport options. We have the Tube (metro), Docklands Light Railway (stops rights outside!), Mainline Trains, High-speed Catamarans (on the river), Buses and Taxes all within easy reach of the apartment. Some services run 24/7. However, if you really do need to bring a car there are some free parking options which we can explain to you, or we can arrange a private parking space for £5 per day. This must be booked in advance as parking is in high demand.
  • BOOKING PROCEDURE -
    1. Contact us using the form on this page.
    2. We will confirm the price and send you the letting agreement and credit card form.
    3. During peak periods we will request a £50 GBP / 50 Euros deposit by PayPal to hold the dates for you. This gives us both time to sort out the agreement and arrange payment of the rent, but you can relax as we won't let anyone else book the dates.
    4. Sign and return by email, fax or post
    5. We will process your payment / confirm your bank transfer and confirm your booking. We will refund the Paypal payment used to hold the dates.

    PAYMENT - We accept Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Visa Debit, Solo and Maestro cards. We also accept bank transfers. We operate as a registered company and process credit cards securely using a proper merchant terminal issued by our bank.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT / BOND - There is a security deposit of 250GBP. This may be paid by credit card or cash on arrival and is refunded on departure.

    The rate includes: Accommodation for up to 4 people; Welcome toiletries; Towels; Linen; High-speed Internet access (Wifi); Gym and Pool access; Use of the on site concierge.
    Optional: Private parking. Must be booked in advance.

    Early check-in / Late check-out is subject to availability, however, we can provide a safe place for your bags if you arrive early and the apartment is not ready. Normal check-in time is 2pm, check-out is 11am.

Guests have access to on-site facilities including Gym, Swimming Pool and Restaurant. The Concierge is also available to assist guests 24/7. Cleaning, towel and linen change is carried out weekly and can be increased on request. Wheelchair access - the building is modern and provides stair free access to the apartment. There is a lift to all floors. The nearby station also has lifts which go to all platforms. London's transport is also reasonably wheelchair accessible including buses, taxis and the newer Tube (Metro) lines. High speed wireless broadband is provided at no extra charge. Strictly no smoking. No pets permitted. Property Manager is available locally 24/7. A welcome pack is provided and contains information on local attractions, transport and shopping. We can also provide an Oyster Smart Card for guest use which gives 50-70% discounts on London Transport fares.
