The ground floor accommodation comprises large utility room (ideal for dogs), hallway, downstairs cloakroom, inner hall, large kitchen with range cooker and wonderful views to Ripon Tor. There are two sitting rooms, and open log fire together with access directly out to the gardens. There is a ground floor extra large shower room. Equine Activities Available from Holwell Farm Bring Your Horse On Holiday to Holwell Farm; There are 12 x loose boxes and over 500 acres of secure turn out for you to bring your horse on holiday to Holwell. The riding is incredible and you can ride all day without hitting a road or seeing a soul; bliss You can also try your hand at 'Hawking on Horseback' with our resident Falconer Or, take a trip out with the South Devon Hunt who meet in the immediate vicinity of Holwell most weeks during the season. There is also a Cross Country Course adjacent to Holwell where events are held throughout the year via the South Devon Hunt Pony Club. Holwell Farm breeds Pedigree and Heritage Dartmoor Ponies; you are welcome to view the herds if you are looking to buy a child's pony or for driving/showing. You can also participate in the annual 'Wild Pony Handling' events after the Pony Drift each Winter.

Hawking & Falconry Holwell is the perfect location to fly a wide selection of magnificent birds of prey. You can fly 1-1 with Eagles, Hawks, Falcons and Owls in this amazing natural hunting territory.

A Rich Wildlife at Holwell Holwell is a unique habitat for a wide selection of rare flora and fauna including; Lapwings, Curlews, Snipe and Woodcock. A herd of Wild Red Deer can regularly be spotted for keen stalkers. Fox and badger are prolific hunters on the farm. Wild Boar. Marsh Fritilary Butterflys and Elephant Hawk Moths are abundant in the mire. A host of unusual mosses, ferns and orchids are also in evidence throughout the year.

Golf Information: There are over 30 Golf Courses within a 25 mile radius of Holwell Farm including; Stover, Hele Park, Woodbury Park, Daignton Park, Dartmouth Golf & Country Club, Exeter Golf & Country Club, Bovey Castle.
