Puerto Plata villa Rental Property Information

This beautifully-maintained, fully-staffed, private Caribbean home is situated in lovely palm-lined Cofresi Cove. Enjoy breakfast and drinks, served on the Galleria (photo). Our home includes the services of Paulina, our cook/housekeeper. She will prepare your meals, clean, take care of your laundry, and do your shopping. (She does not live on site.) The beautifuly sandy beach is just 100 yards away. The home is within easy walking distance of many fine restaurants. To get to the casinos, golfing, and tennis, transportation is easily accessible. For anyone looking for action, Puerto Plata is very near to the windsurfing capital of the world! We have a local American partner who will help you with the language, plan activities if you wish, and be of assistance whenever you feel the need. We have two vans available for daily rental -- great for day trips! Phone service is available.

Playa Cofresi is located about 4 miles from the center of Puerto Plata along the North Coast of the DR. In the area are good restaurants, mountains, beaches, national parks, diving, windsurfing. Nightlife - low pressure casinos, salsa dancing.

Notes:

There is a ramp with one step in it that runs up the side of the house to the kitchen door. A person with a wheel chair could use this but would need someone to help. The kitchen is open for use but Paulina will be doing most of the cooking and meal preparations.

Further Details for the villa in the Dominican Republic

The House The house is well maintained. Paulina you cook, maid will keep it spotless. She cooks local foods which are plentiful and fresh. Juliio, our gardener/maintenance man has a 6 passenger van for rent to guests.

The Beach Playa Cofresi is 100 yards away. It is a well protected cove. The water is always warm and swimming is great year around. Dress on the beach runs from some to none. There is a dive shop on the beach run by a German company that operates daily trips for diving and snorkeling. If you want to learn or update your scuba diving they are great.

The area There is lots of info on the DR on the net so I won't repeat it here. The immediate area is hilly to mountainous. Great hiking or easy walking. There are many things to do within a days drive. Our manager will help with tours.
