The ensemble consists of three structures and a 500 square-foot infinity swimming pool overlooking this picture-perfect environment. The style is Caribbean with European detailing and amenities.
The central module is a generous space, all light and air, combining living, dining, and kitchen areas, and a half bath.

All three structures are unified with verandas and a shady overhang, thus connecting the three structures while ensuring privacy.
All rooms have high ceilings. Windows and doors are placed for maximum cross ventilation, and there are ceiling fans in all rooms.
It's only ten minutes to the world-class beach Playa Grande, where one can order a delicious lunch to be served under the graceful palms. Small bays and coves, as well as the Robert Trent Jones designed, 18-hole golf course, 10 holes of which play along cliffs, adjoins Playa Grande.
The town of Cabrera is five minutes down the hill, and offers shopping, a bank, and fresh fish, fruits, and vegetables.
Maid service is included twice weekly and a cook is available upon request, for an added fee. Cable TV, a cell phone, washing machine, and linens all are supplied.
