Out of season rental rates are halved. In high season - August and New Year - rental rates are increased. Because of extremely high demand for New Year, minimum rentals apply to New Year. Rent-a-Chef service is available at around £4 per person all-inclusive for a quality evening meal brought and prepared for you by an expert professional chef.
  • Price includes free use of locking garage, free welcome pack, free use of email & Internet computer (Conifer Cottage), free broadband Internet access, free WiFi, free 24 hour metro/bus/tram/train/funicular railway tickets (one per Guest), free services (electric, water, heating, telephone), free laundering of bedding and towels, free cleaning and free bilingual telephone holiday support throughout your holiday

    No pets or smoking. Check-in 15:00 check-out 10:00 but we can usually be much more flexible. Bicycle rental per bicycle £5 plus £1 per day. Local mobile phone rental £10. Low cost subsidised collection service from Prague Airport available.

In the living room are a settee/bed, armchairs, TV, piano and many books. The mature garden includes a patio with built-in barbeque. Extensive garden furniture is provided. Three double bedrooms on the upper floor, one double bedroom on ground floor and two double bedrooms and jacuzzi bathroom on the lower floor. Separate toilets on each floor. Separate bathrooms on each floor both include purpose built shower cubicles and washbasins. The ground floor bathroom also includes a large bath and washing machine. Computer work station study area on upper floor. A family television den on the lower floor is equipped with a television, satellite receiver, DVD & VHS player. Bicycles & a large garage are available. Cottage cleaned on arrival and departure and every 4 days. Daily cleaning on request.
