Please note we can not accept reservations from groups where the average age of the group is under 25 years old. In exceptional circumstances where emergency maintenance has to be carried out on the villas we reserve the right to change your accommodation to a similar type villa within the Parque Santiago III without compensation.

Notes:

Weekly maid service. Linen provided excluding beach towels. The 2 large saltwater swimming pools (one heated) cover an area of 1,800 sq. metres. Children are most welcome and there are well equipped indoor and outdoor play area including seperate child's swimming pool. There are also six pool tables close by. There is a mini golf course located at Parque Santiago V across the road from the main reception beside the shopping centre, For further information on the complex. Please note - the children's play area will be closed for remodelling from the 1st May 2007. However, guests may use the playground at Phase 4 if required. The bandstand is also undergoing work from the 1st May whilst a gymnasium and Jacuzzi are being installed. Work is due for completion mid July. Minimal noise is expected.

To find the location of Villa No. 15, imagine that you are crossing the foot bridge over the pool from right to left, once you cross the bridge you immediately turn right for circa 10 metres and Villa No. 15 is the third Villa on your left, overlooking the pool. To find the location of Villa No. 27, imagine that you are crossing the foot bridge over the pool from right to left, once you cross the bridge you immediately turn left over another two foot bridges for circa 10 metres and Villa No. 27 is facing you contine left for the gate to enter via front door or continue right to enter via the back door.

Swimming Pool: There are two lake like saltwater swimming pools; one of which is heated from October to May. The large pool covers an area of 1,800 square metres and they both have spacious sundecks. There is a smaller pool and play area especially for children.

Shopping: There is an excellent choice of restaurants within the complexes, which are situated on the sea front right by the beach. Two lovely pools with children's pool and playground, mini-golf at Parque Santiago 5, two excellent supermarkets and shopping mall. Ideal for families, couples or just groups of friends. A complete shopping mall is located near to the Villas, with over 160 shops, where you will find all the leading labels and an extensive and varied range of both Spanish and international goods at highly competitive prices: jewellery, perfumes, cosmetics, handicrafts, clothes, electronic and photographic goods etc. Everything you need, without having to leave the complex. A pleasant stroll along the promenade will bring you to Los Cristianos with its' quaint harbour and intimate restaurants and where you can also catch the ferry to the island of La Gomera.

Golf Information: Tenerife as a true golfing destination has been waiting in the wings for several years. Golf tourism in Tenerife is booming. Tenerife now has six golf courses open for play: 1.
