The spacious cottage is 1500 sq.ft on main floor and loft, with a 1000 sq ft. finished walk-out basement to the lake. The property is located in a quiet area and is professionally landscaped with BBQ area and large grassy areas. It sits directly on the lake front with a private sandy beach suitable for water activities. It contains a fantastic gourmet kitchen with farm house ceramic sink, centre-island and all modern appliances. An open-concept living/dining room with fireplace, LCD satellite TV, wooden vaulted ceiling and large front facing windows offers a stunning and unobstructed view of the lake. Large patio doors open from the dining room onto a sunny cedar deck with BBQ and eating area. Patio doors in the basement offer direct walk-out access to the front yard and beach. Washer/dryer facilities available.

Jackfish Lake is located just 25min north of North Battleford and easily reachable on good roads from many communities. The village of Meota is just 5min away where you will find a convenience store, restaurant, bank and other amenities. North battleford (20min) offers large supermarkets and other services. Easily Reachable from Saskatoon (1.5hrs), Edmonton (4hrs) and Calgary (7hours). Jackfish Lake is a large lake suitable for boating, water sports and fishing. The swimming area is shallow and great for kids. The lake contains many other beaches, including a provincial park reachable in 25min. There is a family friendly 9-hole golf course just 2min away and two excellent 18-hole courses 25min away. Winter activities are also popular with skating, snowmobile trails, cross country ski areas, and ice-fishing. Table Mountain downhill ski area is ~40min away.

Comfortable luxury A home away from home. Come and enjoy this vacation home situated in a peaceful and relaxing area of Northern Saskatchewan. This is an elegant, fully winterized Cape-Cod style lakefront cottage built in 2006 and superbly finished with hand-crafted natural materials and modern conveniences. Great for family's and couples who enjoy a bit of luxury with their relaxation! The spacious cottage is suitable for one or two families. A fantastic custom built gourmet kitchen with farm house ceramic sink, centre-island with seating for four, wooden countertops and stainless steel-appliances (refrigerator, built-in oven, Jenn-air range, microwave, dishwasher) is available. The cottage offers stunning views of the lake and has its own private beach that is great for swimming and other water activities.

Convenient The property is very easy to reach on good roads. It is just 25min north of North Battleford. The closest airport is Saskatoon (1.5hrs). The village of Metinota is very quiet and friendly. The weather in summer is usually very good - temperatures around 25-30C with sunny skies. The cottage is also very enjoyable in the winter, which is characterized by lots of snow, and bright sunshine. It is fully winterized.

Skiing Information: In the winter both cross-country and downhill skiing are available. In the winter you can ski directly off the property onto the lake or in the area surrounding it. Downhill skiing is available at Table Mountain, approximately 40min away and is considered the best in Saskatcewan. A great place for families or to learn.

Golf Information: There is a family friendly 9-hole golf course just 2min away and two excellent 18-hole courses 25min away. Many other golf courses in the region are available within a few hours drive.
