Enjoy our very private, three-bedroom, waterfront vacation home at Quart-A-Nancy Point on Cooper Island in the British Virgin Islands. The house was built in the 1960s and 70s as an artist's retreat. The construction is concrete, concrete block, and native stone. The house is freshly renovated and available to guests year-round. This small piece of paradise provides island living at its best. The house at Quart-A-Nancy Point is one of only a few private homes on Cooper Island. Relax, swim and snorkel/scuba dive, read, or watch daily life at Manchioneel Bay. Our 50-foot, open-plan, living area and west-facing panoramic view showcase spectacular sunsets over the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Experience self-sufficient island living without giving up all the amenities. Cook your own meals or visit the Cooper Island Beach Club (CIBC) for lunch or dinner.

The British Virgin Islands (BVI), a part of the Leeward Islnd chain, are located in the Caribbean Sea, approximately 1100 miles southwest of Florida, USA. While only about 8 miles east of St. Thomas and just north of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, they are a world apart - the BVI are typified by a quieter, more rural lifestyle. Tortola is the main island and the main city is Road Town. The airport is located on the east end of Tortola (Beef Island) and is principally served by commuter airlines from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Tortola can also be reached via ferry from St Thomas, USVI. A passport is required for BVI entry. Guests should plan on spending the first night on Tortola. Cooper Island can be reached only by boat. Scheduled service from Tortola is provided by the Cooper Island Beach Club (CIBC) boat for Monday, Wednesday and Friday Arrivals/Departures. Guests need to work their arrival and departure around the CIBC shcedule.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $1148-2622/Week
  • We prefer a minimum one-week stay. A 50% deposit, signed Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver are required to hold your reservation. All fees are payable in US$. The deposit is fully refundable with sixty-days cancellation notice. Thereafter the deposit will be refunded (less a 20% service charge) only if we are able to re-rent those dates. Balance and $500 refundable security deposit are due sixty days prior to arrival. We accept Personal Checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

There is an additional outdoor shower with cold water only and a 3/4 height privacy wall on the outside of the house near the Master Bedroom.
