Staniel Cay house Rental Property Information

Our comfortable cottage is located about 100 feet from the water, on the protected 'banks' side of South Staniel Cay. It has two bedrooms, one bath, and a large kitchen/dining/living area. It's an ideal rental for two compatible couples. The deck is a great place to watch sunsets, stars, and the ever-changing blues and greens of the gin-clear waters. There is easy access to town by a paved road. A 13-foot Boston Whaler and 2 bicycles are included in the rental price. Amenities include a microwave, a VCR player (tapes available), a tape/CD player with AM/FM radio, a gas grill, overhead fans, and air-conditioning in the master bedroom. The small, gradually sloping, sand beach in front of the cottage is just right for a quick dip, a day in the sun, or an evening barbecue. There are no other houses visible from the cottage. The owners are always in residence nearby to answer any questions and to take care of any little problems that might arise.
