Grand Bahama house Rental Property Information

Grand Bahama is an ideal island for exploring with its deserted beaches, wonderful restaurants, snorkeling, scuba diving, and opportunities to swim with the dolphins. Or you can simply enjoy lazing on the pure white powder sand of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Grand Bahama Island is very safe and extremely friendly. We have been going there for 25 years. This is our personal beachfront condo which families and couples love to rent. It's situated on a beautiful beach with a freshwater swimming pool and beach bar. A lovely balcony overlooks gardens and the ocean. Our building is small, friendly, and very personal. Many of the owners (mostly retired Americans and Canadians) live there year-round. It's not a party place; so you'll get plenty of sleep; unless, of course, you visit one of the island's hot nightspots. Plenty of action is only a 12-minute walk up the beach.

Golf, a casino, horseback riding, miniature golf, parks, eco tours, caves, straw markets, pubs, restaurants, and a grocery store are nearby. Our guests are provided with a long list of recommended restaurants, native spots, and special features which ordinary tourists would never know about. We have arranged a special car rental rate; and the condo comes with a reserved parking spot. This one-bedroom/one-bath, fully-equipped condo is sparkling clean, quiet, and safe. It's newly refurbished with new furniture and linens. There is nothing like enjoying your morning coffee (or evening cocktail) on the balcony while watching the sunrise or sunset over the palm trees and ocean.
