This modern and first-class flat with 2 1/2 rooms is fully equipped and is situated nearby the Botanical-Garden at the lower entrance of the famous 'Schloss Belvedere', which is close to 'Schwarzenbergplatz' in the centre of Vienna. In the year 2006 the flat was renovated and completely new furnished. The flat is on the third floor (elevator) with approximately 70 square meters living area. The flat is sub-divided into the bedroom (with king-size bed and a large wardrobe), a living room with a sleeping-sofa and a dining table for six persons, yet another small room, kitchen, bathroom, anteroom and a separately toilet room. A safe is included. You will also find a storage room for bicycles. Because of the centricity of this flat, you are able to reach downtown within 10 minutes on foot. Bus stop, tram stop, high-speed railway stop (with direct train connection to Vienna International Airport), taxi stand, shopping centres, internet cafe, cash machine are a few steps from there.
