Smoking is strictly forbiden inside the property but is allowed outside providing cigarette and other butts are disposed of properly. Children are welcome but we do have an indoor pool and as such it is strongly recommended that all children should be able to swim. Babies are welcome and we do have cot, highchair babybath and pram.

The extensive and lush tropical landscaping requires no irrigation and little maintenance being mainly palms; sweet perfumed Bella de la Nocha, Bird of Paradise, Cycads and ground cover.

Entertaining Beautifully fitted white two-pac kitchen with breakfast bar over-looking pool room and two canals is equipped to the highest level. Quality gas BBQ on upper deck.
