Situated on the much favoured 'South Finger' of Jolly Harbour Marina, this spacious and fully air-conditioned Villa is a 5 minute stroll to the finest white sandy beach with 'Castaways' restaurant/bar and sporting facilities. The Villa benefits from a refurbished and fully equiped open plan kitchen, large sitting room/dining area (with cable TV and DVD player and modern luxury furnishings) having direct access via patio doors to a terrace and private mooring for a boat. Downstairs cloakroom. The master bedroom (which leads to a balcony overlooking the water) and 2nd bedroom are both 'en-suite'. Bed sheets and towels provided. Small garage and private driveway. All the Marina Complex facilities are easily accessible within a few minutes walk. These include a large well stocked supermarket, a good variety of restaurants and bars, a bank, boutiques, an outdoor 25m swimming pool (free to residents), a fitness and sports centre, squash and tennis courts and even an 18 hole Golf Course
