Marrakech house Rental Property Information

The Riad Karmela is located in the heart of the authentic old Medina, only 2min walk from the entrance of the Souk (market) and also 2min from the Museum of Marrakech and the Medersa Ben Youssef. The famous and magic Place Djemma el Fnaa is only an 8 minute walk. The property has been fully refurbished and redecorated respecting the Moroccan style in August 2006. Junior suites are very romantic for honey moon. You will enjoy the plunge pool (not heated), in the patio in the shadow of the Orange trees and Jasmine or relax in the traditional hamam after an exciting shopping day in the Souks. If you want to have a peaceful day, you can just enjoy the sun on the large terrace in the solarium area, have a dip in the Jacuzzi, or a nice drink in the lounge area in the shadow of the Moucharabieh or admire the roofs of the city or the Atlas Mountain). (No children under 8).

Marrakech is a fantastic busy city, famous for the souks and the magic of the legendary Jemaa El Fna – a haphazard marketplace by day, but at dusk, transformed into a nocturnal carnival of performers, and the world’s most amazing outside dining area, where you can just observe this fascinating spectacle, or sample the vast array of dining experiences. You can also have access easily to the Atlas mountains (1 hour drive) the Sahara desert (3 hours drive) and enjoy a relaxing week end in Essaouira on the Atlantic cost (2 hours drive).
